- Applications must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.
- Submit one form for each request.
- All promotional materials, which include the Library’s name, must be approved prior to distribution.
- Absolutely no refreshments/food allowed in the meeting rooms.
- All documentation should be forwarded to Gloria Strong, AARL Administrative Office.
- Applications must be approved prior to publishing your meeting/event. You will receive an email or phone call regarding your request.
- Priority for meeting room use is given to Library-sponsored programs. You will be notified in advance if your reservation has to be postponed.
