Join us on Saturday, November 1 at 2 pm at Roswell Library for a free presentation with local author Carolyn Curry discussing her book Trudy's Awakening. An historical novel, Trudy's Awakening is set in the difficult years following the Civil War. Curry tells the story of three women--one wealthy, one enslaved, and one middle class--whose lives intermingle as they work together, with love and commitment, to overcome society's barriers to their personal progress and the success of all women.
Bookmiser will have copies of Curry's book available for purchase at the event.
