Book Review: In My Dreams I Hold A Knife by Ashley Winstead

Looking for your next read? Check out In My Dreams I Hold A Knife by Ashley Winstead, reviewed by Fulco Library staff, Meredith L.

Jessica Miller has carefully put together the perfect life. Now, 10 years after graduation, it is time to return to her college for homecoming weekend to show everyone how far she’s come. But her plans for being the star of the weekend are ruined when the brother of her murdered classmate is determined to prove that someone in her group of friends is a killer.

This fast paced book alternates between the present and the past giving a multifaceted look at a seemlingly perfect group of college friends. You won’t want to put this book down as each chapter gives you insight into the different group dynamics. Along the way you will end up questioning every person who was supposed to be friends with the victim. I read this book in one sitting, desperate to find out who actully killed Heather and how exactly they got away with it.
