About Kevin Beasley:
Kevin Beasley is a documentary photographer and visual storyteller based out of Atlanta, GA. His work covers a wide range of the American experience, from lighthearted pieces related to wrestling and demolition derbies to more series themes covering gentrification. “Beachfront Property” is his current work in progress, which documents life and culture of Atlanta’s West End neighborhood in the midst of continuous change and redevelopment.
He served in the navy from 2012 to 2016 and during that time period he was stationed in Japan. His return to the U.S. has allowed him to see America from a unique perspective. Kevin is a full-time staff photographer at Georgia Tech. He holds a master’s degree in multimedia journalism from the University of Oregon and has taught as an adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University.

About Allie McPhetridge:
Allie was born and raised in Houston, Texas and has been a wrestling fan and a big reader her entire life. She started photography around 10 years ago, shooting wildlife and landscapes. That eventually led to shooting portraits, events, and families. Then, all of that led to pro wrestling. Allie went to a local show and shot some photos, looking to shoot portraits, initially, of interesting people, and shot the show itself instead. Those photos were published, and the momentum just went up from there.
