Spring is coming to Atlanta, and you can add even more green to your neighborhood this Earth Day by planting trees!

In partnership with Neighborhood Forest, parents can sign up their children to receive a free tree that can be planted at home. Trees will be shipped to Dogwood Library before Earth Day, at which time the library will contact all registered individuals to come and pick them up during Earth Week (April 22-30). If you do not have children but want to purchase trees or just make a donation, you can also sign up using the included link. Planting and care instructions will be e-mailed to every registrant and can also be found on the Neighborhood Forest website.
The deadline to sign up is March 15, 2026 so don't wait, register today!
