Leviathan Wakes, by James S. A. Corey

By Ryland Johnson, Librarian

I'm reading "The Expanse" series by James S. A. Corey, the series of novels upon which the show is based! Epic space opera and political intrigue! Very enjoyable!

Rubicon: The Last Years of the Roman Republic, by Tom Holland

By Ruben Villegas, Library Associate

Quarantine has been good for reading. A few chapters away from finishing Tom Holland's Rubicon: The Last Years of the Roman Republic. Fascinating how sometimes looking at history it seems more like a fantasy novel than "reality", and not only that but the very notion that we know anything about what "actually happened" during ancient days is patchwork guesses at best. Stranger than fiction indeed.

Funny You Don’t Look Autistic: A Comedian’s Guide to Life on the Spectrum, by Michael McCreary

By Adrienne Duris, Youth Services Librarian

Michael McCreary is only 21 years old, but this is a great book. He shares some great experiences being on the autism spectrum, but also having a sibling with it, too. I enjoyed this book very much. I hope he writes more books geared towards those on the spectrum. Highly recommended.
