On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the Milton Library proudly celebrated its 10th birthday, a milestone marking a decade of learning, imagination, and service to the City of Milton community. More than 650 patrons walked through our doors to join in the festivities, marking this celebration.
The celebration featured something for everyone:
Bubble Science Party – A crowd favorite! 73 guests of all ages immersed themselves in bubble-filled fun on the library lawn under our great tree.
Drop-in Craft Station – Over 40 community members stopped by to make personalized birthday-themed cards
Teen Art Workshop – 15 teens took part and expressed their artistic talents in a special session designed just for them
Cake Celebration – What’s a birthday without cake? More than 160 guests enjoyed slices.
T-shirt Giveaway – We handed out 274 limited-edition Milton Library anniversary shirts to thrilled visitors marking this moment.
Dungeons & Dragons – 10 adventurers embarked on a thrilling birthday-themed one-shot.
Gift Certificate Giveaway – 128 guests entered to win our drawing for gift certificates to local businesses and special crocheted critters, adding extra excitement to the day.
