Earlier this month, Central Library's Youth Services department celebrated the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Kids ages 3-12 watched a short Sesame Street video about Dr. King to learn about who he is and one of his most foundational principles: a dream of peace and kindness between people from all walks of life. Afterward, the kids created Dream headbands with snippets from his famous I Have a Dream Speech.
