Are you an out-of-county resident who needs to renew their library card online?
The Fulton County Library System offers non-Fulton County Georgia residents the option to purchase a “non-resident” library card for $40 per year.
To sign up and pay for a new non-resident library card online:
- Visit fulcolibrary.org/register to sign up for a new temporary card.
- Once you have your temporary card number, contact your closest branch or visit Ask-A-Librarian, for conversion to a non-resident card.
- Visit fulcolibrary.org/payfines and complete your purchase of $40 for your official library card.
- When you arrive to pick up your card, you must provide photo ID and proof of address upon card’s issuance.
- Enjoy all library services with your non-resident card!
If you already have a non-resident card and need to pay for your renewal:
- Contact your closest branch or visit Ask-A-Librarian, to renew your card.
- Visit fulcolibrary.org/payfines and complete your purchase of $40 for your library card to be renewed.
- When you arrive to pick up your card, you must provide photo ID and proof of address upon card’s issuance.
- Enjoy all library services with your non-resident card!
