Fulton County Library has partnered with Helping Mamas to provide diapers and period products throughout Fulton County. This partnership helps families to thrive by fighting diaper need and period poverty. Helping Mamas offers additional services at their locations and at mobile distribution sites. South Fulton will be issuing diapers, wipes and period products on the 1st Monday of the month from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, while supplies last.

Hapeville will be issuing diapers and period products on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, while supplies last.

East Point will be issuing diapers and period products on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm, while supplies last.
