2. If needed sign in using your library card number and password
3. Go down until you see

FAQ Paying Fines and Fees Online

With an online Fulton County Library System account at Fulton County Library System (fulcolibrary.org) you are able to pay your library card fines and/or fees (see – Accessing “My Account”). 

Your Account Dashboard will list the Fees on your library card account.

When you click on Pay Fees you will be taken to SmartPay where you will have to log in with the appropriate Library Card Number and PIN.

Once logged in select the Pay Fines/Fees tab.

Fill out the appropriate fields and when completed select PAY NOW.

When finished select the Log Out tab.
