Holiday Prep Time!

From Diwali last week until Chinese New Year in mid-February, the calendar is now firmly within holiday season! With at least one cultural celebration a week happening for the next twelve weeks, it can be tough to keep up with presents, meals, and celebrations. As always, you can turn to Fulton County Library System for help with all your holiday needs. Start your holiday prep this week and get ahead!

This full college course for chefs of all ages is taught by Professor Sean Kahlenberg of the Culinary Institute of America, and includes valuable lessons like Choosing the Best Method to Cook Vegetables and Cooking the Perfect Thanksgiving Turkey.
