We Create Tech, an Atlanta-based local youth- and technology-focused nonprofit organization, held their monthly Homeschool Coding and Robotics workshop in mid-January 2026. Shana, founder and CEO, brought STEM kits to kick off the New Year at the Best Buy Teen Tech Center. The kids explored engineering and chemistry in different workstations.
They explored engineering at the Robotics workstation, where they built a robotic hand from scratch.
There were two workstations for chemistry: the Volcano workstation, where they created a volcano, and the Mixing station, where they created fake eyes and glow-int-the-dark goo.
